Most members hear back within about 24 hours. Some states require a quick video visit or live chat, and your clinician will schedule that with you if it applies.

Your visit may be included at no extra cost with a qualifying order. If a medication is right for you, you can fill it through Vivanta Care at prices that are usually well below other websites and often cheaper than your local pharmacy.
You're charged for your medication when it ships, based on the treatment plan you selected.
Yes. If you'd prefer to use your own pharmacy, your clinician can send the prescription there. Pricing is typically better through our network of partner pharmacies, and we can't guarantee what your local pharmacy will charge.
After you finish your online visit, a U.S.-licensed clinician usually gets back to you within about 24 hours. Some states require a live chat or video visit first. Once your prescription is approved, it's sent to the dispensing pharmacy and shipped to you.
No. Your medication ships with no-contact delivery, so a signature isn't required.
Sign in to your Vivanta Care account and update your shipping address at any time. Once a shipment is already out for delivery, any changes will apply to future shipments.
Yes. Every clinician you interact with is licensed to evaluate patients and prescribe in the state where you live, so you can get care on your schedule without extra hoops.

If you're having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Vivanta Care is not for urgent or emergency care.
State regulations require that our clinicians verify who they're treating. That's why we may ask you to upload a photo of your ID along with a current picture of yourself.
Sign in to your Vivanta Care account to reorder or cancel at any time. We'll reach out before your next refill and charge, so you can adjust or pause before your medication ships.
Federal and state law don't allow medication returns, so all sales are final. If you have a specific concern about an order, contact our care team and we'll follow up with you.
All 50 states. Each visit is handled by a clinician licensed in the state where you are at the time of the visit.
Yes. Every plan covers the medical visit, any prescribed medication, and shipping. There are no add-ons or hidden fees. Medication is only prescribed after a licensed clinician reviews your case and decides it's appropriate, and your plan includes ongoing check-ins with your care team. Note: Compounded medications are prepared based on specific patient needs or in the event of drug shortages and are not reviewed or approved by the FDA for safety or effectiveness. Prescription required.
When clinically appropriate, our partner clinicians may prescribe compounded medications containing active ingredients such as semaglutide or tirzepatide, based on your individual evaluation. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are prepared by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies to meet specific patient needs.
No. We use flat, transparent pricing that stays the same at every dose, so what you see is what you pay. FSA and HSA cards are accepted for eligible expenses.

GLP-1 medications are prescription-only and aren't right for everyone. A licensed clinician will review your full medical history and decide whether treatment is appropriate. Some patients aren't approved.
No. We don't guarantee any specific outcome. Results vary from person to person and depend on factors like medical history, how you respond to the dose, diet, and activity.

Most members hear from their clinician within one to two business days. If anything else is needed, your clinician will follow up through secure messaging.
If GLP-1 therapy isn't a fit, you won't be charged for medication. Your clinician will explain the reason and, when possible, point you toward other options.
