Who ships

Medications are shipped by our licensed partner pharmacy directly to you. Vivanta Care does not handle, store, or ship medication.

Where we ship

Medications can be shipped to most U.S. states where our clinicians are licensed and where our pharmacy partner holds an active license. Certain states may be excluded for specific products.

Timing

After a clinician issues a prescription, the pharmacy typically ships within 2–5 business days. Shipping transit time is usually 2–3 business days with expedited service. Total time from approval to delivery is typically 4–8 business days.

Temperature-controlled products

Some medications require cold-chain shipping. They are packaged with appropriate insulation and refrigerants. If your package arrives warm or compromised, do not use the medication and contact us at info@vivantacare.com within 24 hours.

Tracking and delivery

You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. An adult signature may be required at delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect address information you provided.

Shipping fees

Standard expedited shipping is included in the monthly program fee.
