Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing info@vivantacare.com. Cancellation stops future billing. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already charged unless stated below.
Evaluation fee
You are not charged for the clinical evaluation if a clinician determines that treatment is not appropriate for you.
Medication
Federal and state law generally prohibit pharmacies from accepting returns of dispensed prescription medication. Once a prescription has been dispensed and shipped, it cannot be returned and the medication portion of your fee is non-refundable.
Shipping issues
If your shipment is lost, damaged, or arrives in unusable condition, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the pharmacy to arrange a replacement at no additional cost where possible.
Billing errors
If you believe you were billed in error, contact info@vivantacare.com within 60 days. We will investigate and issue a refund if the charge was made in error.
How to request a refund
Email info@vivantacare.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We will respond within five business days.
