This Privacy Policy explains how Vivanta Care (“Vivanta Care,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit vivantacare.com or use our services. Protected Health Information (PHI) that you share with our partnered medical group is handled under the separate Notice of Privacy Practices.

- Payment information: processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
