Report a Side Effect

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Tell your care team

Message your clinician through your Vivanta Care patient account as soon as possible after any side effect or unexpected reaction. You can also email info@vivantacare.com or call +1-805-206-3730. Include the medication name, dose, when it started, and what you experienced.

You may also report directly to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration:

Product quality complaints

If a medication appears damaged, mislabeled, or compromised on arrival, do not use it. Contact us within 24 hours so we can coordinate replacement with the dispensing pharmacy and ensure proper investigation.
